As a supplement, take 5 to 20 drops in a glass of water or liquid from one to three times a day; gradually throughout the day is best. To help reverse magnesium deficiency, add 20 drops to a glass of water 4 times a day. To remineralize distilled or reverse-osmosis water, add 5 to 10 drops per liter (2-4 drops per glass). Store at room temperature, with lid tightly closed.
