Adults and adolescents ages 12 and over chew 2 to 4 tablets up to 20 tablets daily. Doses should be separated by at least 2 hours. Take after meals and at bedtime, when symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. Do not swallow whole.

Warnings
Relief of heartburn or acid reflux symptoms should occur within 5 to 10 minutes of taking the product.
