Dayquil adults and children 12 years and over take 2 liquicaps with water every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 liquicaps in 24 hours. Children under 12 years, do not use. Nyquil adults and children 12 yrs and over take 2 liquicaps with water at bedtime. If cold keeps confined to bed or at home, take 2 liquicaps every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed 8 liquicaps in 24 hours. Children under 12 years, do not use.
