Children (5-9 years old): Take ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) two to three times per day. Adolescents (10-14 years old): Take ½ to 1 teaspoon (5 mL) three times per day. Take at the first sign of infection. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
