Slide foot into brace with tongue over the front of the foot and heel placed in the cut out at the back. Lace up the brace. Next step is to do up the stabilizing straps. The strap on the inside of the foot is always done up first. Take the inside strap. Cross it over the top of the foot, wrapping it under the foot back to the inside of the ankle. Pull up gently on the strap and attach it to the side of the brace. Apply the outside strap next. Follow the same pattern as first strap. Wrap the elastic strap around the top of the brace. It should fit snug but comfortable ensuring not to restrict circulation.
