It provides 6 protectants to defend lips from nature's drying elements in all seasons. Ultra protection helps seal in lip moisture to reduce the effects of cold, wind and sun. Sun protection: because lips don't tan, but they do burn, ultra protection lip balm delivers a broad range of sun protection features: SPF 30 - provides 30 times the natural protection against burning. UVA and UVB protects against both the burning of UVB rays (most intense in summer) and agianst less noticeable UVA rays (present year round at almost equal intensity).
