To apply, undo the strap at the top of the thumb pocket, slide the hand into the brace placing the thumb in the pocket centred between the two rigid stays. Adjust the tightness of the thumb strap by wrapping around the front of thumb and velcro closed. Secure the brace around the wrist by pulling the middle strap across the side of the wrist and attaching to the base. Wrap the bottom strap around the wrist at the base and velcro closed. Apply with proper tension ensuring not to restrict circulation.
